I am passionate about sustainable construction materials. I have studied Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, Master of Landscape Architecture, and Ph.D. in Sustainable Construction Management. My education has introduced me to green building design and engineering. My Doctorate research has been on Mass Timber products, specifically on Cross-laminated Timber (CLT) and the research-invented product: Diagonal-Cross-laminated Timber (DCLT) to search the methods of improving and predicting CLT mechanical properties. I have been working in the construction industry as a Project Engineer and an Estimator on various mass timber commercial and timber-framed residential projects. The most recent experience that I gained has been in the residential development of Alta Amberglen I in Hillsboro, Oregon on two Apartments and nine Townhome buildings.
